SECTION A: TERMS FOR USERS (USER TERMS)

1. Description of Service

Turbo Taxi is an online platform that connects passengers (Users) with independent transportation providers (Drivers). The Company itself does not directly provide taxi or transportation services; it merely acts as an intermediary platform provider.

2. Account Creation and Security

• To use the application, Users must register and verify their mobile phone number.
• You are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all ride requests made under your account.
• Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payments and Rates

• Fares are calculated by the application based on distance, time, and current demand.
• Users can make payments either in cash or via a credit/debit card linked to the application.
• If a User cancels a ride without a valid reason after it has been accepted, or if the passenger fails to arrive after the Driver has reached the pickup location, a cancellation/waiting fee may be applied to the user's balance.

4. Code of Conduct

• Users must respect the Driver, the vehicle, and traffic safety regulations during the ride.
• Intentional littering, staining, or damaging the vehicle is strictly prohibited. In such events, the User shall be held liable to compensate for the incurred damages.

SECTION B: TERMS FOR DRIVERS (DRIVER TERMS)

1. Independent Contractor Status

• The Driver is not an employee of the Turbo Taxi platform. The Driver operates as an independent partner (contractor).
• Drivers are free to set their own work schedules and retain full discretion to accept or decline incoming ride requests.

2. Registration and Requirements

To operate as a Driver on the platform, it is mandatory to provide valid and up-to-date copies of the following documents:

• A valid Driver's License and Identification Card (ID).
• Vehicle Registration Certificate.
• Permits and licenses required in accordance with current local legislation (if applicable).
• The Driver is solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all provided information and documentation.

3. Vehicle and Safety Standards

• The vehicle used by the Driver must be technically sound, clean, and completely safe for passenger transportation.
• The Driver must strictly adhere to traffic laws and road regulations at all times. The Company shall not be held liable for any traffic accidents, violations, or monetary fines incurred during operation.

4. Service Fee (Commission) and Balance

• The Company charges a service fee (commission) at a specified percentage rate from each completed ride.
• Drivers must maintain a positive internal balance in the app to continue receiving incoming ride requests.
• Payouts and withdrawals of earned funds are processed based on the internal schedules, terms, and methods outlined within the application.

SECTION C: GENERAL PROVISIONS (FOR BOTH USERS AND DRIVERS)

1. Limitation of Liability

• Turbo Taxi shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any personal conflicts, financial loss, property damage, or injuries occurring between Drivers and Users, whether inside or outside the scope of the platform.
• The Company does not guarantee that the application will function uninterrupted, timely, or error-free at all times (due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or network provider outages).

2. Account Suspension and Deactivation

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally suspend, restrict, or permanently delete a User or Driver account in the following scenarios:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy.
• Creating fraudulent ride requests or manipulating system balances.
• Demonstrating rude, abusive, or unethical behavior towards the counterparty (based on poor ratings and consistent user reports).

3. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version becomes effective immediately upon being posted within the app or on our official website. Your continued use of the application signifies your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
